4. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made in full before services begin.
Because our services involve time and labor, all sales are final once work has started.
If you need to cancel before work begins, contact us immediately for consideration.

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated timelines are provided for each service, but delays may occur due to workload, complexity, or communication needs.
We will always notify you of changes as soon as possible.

6. Quality & Revisions

We strive to provide high-quality professional work.
Each service includes the number of revisions stated at purchase. Additional revisions may require additional fees.

We do not share, sell, or use your work for any purpose other than completing your requested services.

8. Liability

E.M. Press is not responsible for:

Lost profits or sales
Publishing platform decisions
Legal issues resulting from content you provide
Errors that exist before the editing/formatting process

Our responsibility is limited to the services you purchase from us.

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our systems
Copy or distribute our content without permission
